Hassan grew up both in Canberra and in the Middle East and, very quickly, developed a love for travelling and food.
Hassan attended Lake Ginninderra College before graduating with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Canberra. In 2010, Hassan was awarded an honorary life membership of the Association.
Prior to joining Maliganis Edwards Johnson, Hassan worked with a multi-national consulting firm gaining experience in providing advice to Government and private enterprise. He then joined a local family law firm before moving to Maliganis Edwards Johnson to focus on personal injury litigation. Hassan was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the ACT and the High Court of Australia in 2010 and is an active member of the ACT Young Lawyers committee.
Hassan is a keen sportsman, he has a love for cricket which often results in him getting up in the early hours of the morning to watch, analyse and critique games. Hassan enjoys reading, he keeps a close eye on international politics and frequently writes about it on his online blog.
