Rosemary Listing

Specialising in public liability and product liability claims

Rosemary has worked in civil litigation for over 7 years. She specialises in public liability and product liability claims – including claims arising from faulty or defective consumer products.

Rosemary completed an undergraduate arts degree with Honours at the University of Sydney in 2009, and her Juris Doctor at the University of Sydney in 2011. Rosemary has worked as a research assistant to Professor Palmer, CBE, QC at Lincolns Inn in London. She also worked as a research assistant to Justice Sackar at the New South Wales Supreme Court. Prior to joining MEJ, Rosemary worked at a multi-national law firm, specialising in strategic cross-border civil litigation.

In July 2017 Rosemary was promoted to an Associate within the firm.

Rosemary’s practice focuses on public liability and product liability claims – including claims arising from faulty joint replacements. She believes that Plaintiff litigation and the competition and consumer law are effective vehicles for holding wrongdoers, including large companies, to account.
