Kahlia was admitted to practice in Victoria in August 2013.
Following admission, Kahlia has practised as a personal injury and Estate litigation solicitor in Canberra. Prior to moving to Canberra in 2013, Kahlia lived in Melbourne with her family.
Kahlia holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from La Trobe University, which she obtained in 2011. During university Kahlia volunteered her time advocating for individuals at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and through Justice Connect.
Kahlia has practiced in a range of personal injury matters including workers compensation, public liability, and motor vehicle accident claims.
Kahlia is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the ACT Women Lawyers Association, and an active member of the ACT Legal community volunteering her time with the ACT Young Lawyers Committee, the Civil Litigation Committee, and the Inclusion and Diversity Committee. Kahlia is also a panel member for the ACT Pro Bono Clearing House.
Outside of work, Kahlia will often be found travelling, playing netball, and spending time with her family and friends.
