Witness call out – Father Paul Evans
Maliganis Edwards Johnson (MEJ) acts for a victim who was sexually abused at Boys’ Town in Engadine in NSW. He was a minor at the time. He was sexually abused by Father Paul Evans.
Despite reporting the abuse to Father Fleming who was the rector of Boys’ Town at that time, no action was taken. Sadly, our client continued to be sexually abused.
The matter is currently before the NSW Supreme Court and is set down for hearing in November 2023.
MEJ is seeking out any former employees, residents, parents, interested parties of Boys’ Town who are willing to assist our client for the purposes of a tendency application. Any information provided will assist our client.
