Kirsten Nasser understands what it’s like when justice feels out of reach. Growing up in a small country town where legal help was hard to find, she saw firsthand how the system can leave people behind. That experience shaped everything about how she practices law today.

“I’ve seen what happens when people don’t have proper legal representation,” Kirsten explains. “That’s why I’m so passionate about making sure every client gets the advocacy they deserve, no matter their background or circumstances.”

What makes Kirsten so qualified? She’s spent over a decade working in personal injury law before her admission as a solicitor. From administrative roles to court clerk positions across all Australian jurisdictions, she’s learnt the legal system from every angle. This comprehensive experience means she knows not just the law, but how the system really works.

Kirsten specialises in some of the most challenging areas of personal injury law, particularly institutional abuse claims. She recognises the incredible courage it takes for survivors to come forward and challenge powerful institutions. Her approach is always empathetic, determined, and focused on ensuring her clients’ voices are truly heard.

Her extensive pre-admission experience across personal injury law firms throughout Australia gives her strategic insights that benefit every client. She understands the procedural requirements for complex claims and knows how to navigate the system efficiently.

Kirsten has always valued connecting with people from all walks of life. Starting work at just 13 in hospitality and later in retail, she quickly learned the importance of hard work, empathy, and treating everyone with respect. That experience, combined with years of working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, has shaped her into a non-judgemental, approachable advocate who genuinely listens and understands each person’s story.

Outside of work, Kirsten actively participates in initiatives supporting vulnerable communities, including domestic violence awareness events like Walk for Hope and Relay for Life, and volunteering to help homeless people access clothing and essential items.

Kirsten’s down-to-earth personality and genuine commitment to justice make her exactly the kind of advocate you want in your corner.
